Here is a suggestion from Natalia and Cesar:
1. The hunger for profits results in mortgages foreclousing
2. Because of lack of regulation, the economy has slowed down.
1. Rising unemployment leads to more home foreclosures.
2. Owing to unscrupulous lenders, many people are on the verge of bankruptcy. They are mortgaged to the hilt and are defaulting.
