It is interesting but worrisome what we are living these days.
I have usually like to see the fundamentals for a company to see if its under or overvalued. Based on this analysis, nowadays, you can be sure that you can have many bargains, but based on the investors´ behavior you get afraid to enter into the market.
Right now we can not advise, you just say if you are in cash, stay in cash if you are invested, stay invested and let people kill themselves.
Costa Rica external debt has usually been isolated of what happens internationally, but last week we saw how bonds with maturity in 2020 fell sharply most than 15 points in one day.
We will start to see effects soon at our market and economy. Think about mutual funds, pension funds and real estate funds (REITS). I am very worried about it!!!
